Little Prelude in F

Easy

This little prelude is easy to play and is a good introduction to Baroque style music with a simple theme appearing in both the treble and bass clefs.  The continuous flow of the notes allows for no pause, so the student should be very careful to use the correct fingerings at the same time as he’s learning  the notes.

“Finger memory” is important for this piece and should be established right at the beginning. Learning those fingerings later will be much more difficult.  (The file for download includes the necessary fingerings.)
